Robin Hiott Spinks has spent equal time on all three sides of the economic development business—as a community recruiter selling industrial locations, as an owner buying industrial properties, and as a site selection consultant comparing communities for industrial locations.
Robin’s partnership in Greenfield is a return to consulting with a unique understanding of the needs of the customers. Because of her background in site selection, Robin has worked on projects in over 35 states, giving her a very broad knowledge of the economies of many different communities, and their strengths and weaknesses.
