Greenfield’s two principals, Mary P. Lilley and Robin Hiott Spinks, have over 80 years of combined experience in economic development, site selection, market analysis and overall industrial project development.
Our partnership provides a unique combination of different perspectives. Mary spent her early career on the local level and understands the products and resources that can be packaged for a new business. Robin spent a large part of her career in private industry and understands the company’s issues that must be addressed to create a match between a new business and a community. Together, these perspectives combine to provide a thorough analysis of any economic development issue from both the buyer’s and seller’s point of view. |
