Chieftess of the Gullah/Geechee Nation Attends Navassa Public Meeting

Queen Quet, Chieftess of the Gullah/Geechee Nation recently attended a public meeting on the Kerr-McGee Superfund site in Navassa, North Carolina. The property is currently owned by a Trust whose responsibility is to clean up the site and prepare it for beneficial reuse in the community. The following video was made for Gullah Geechee TV in order to provide information to the community about the project. Greenfield's role in the project included a market analysis for the possible reuse options that was used as the background info for the community visioning sessions that created the drawings in the video. Greenfield principal Robin Spinks is featured in the video explaining those options. |
